MASCO continues to advocate for improved transportation services for commuters traveling to the Longwood Medical and Academic Area (LMA) on the MBTA. In 2005, we successfully collaborated with the MBTA to improve transportation services on the Green D and E Lines and at Yawkey Station on the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line. Your feedback on the MBTA services is an important way for us to understand what is working well and what can be improved during your commute, so that we may continue to work with the MBTA most effectively. Please answer the questions below to the best of your ability. Please feel free to fill out this form whenever you have an MBTA experience, good or bad, which merits comment. You may also use this form to make suggestions for service improvements. CommuteWorks solicits this information for the sole purpose of data collection and does not share the information collected with any third party vendors. You will not receive a response to any information entered in this form.
