Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
Artist-in-residence David Wilson returns for a special live performance and screening of his latest 3-D film. Shot at the Gardner, this film explores Isabella Stewart Gardner’s loss of her young son Jack. Live music will accompany the screening in Calderwood Hall.
Tickets are required and include Museum admission: adults
$15, seniors $12, students $5, free for members (children under 7 not admitted).
The Artist-in-Residence Program is directed by Pieranna Cavalchini, the Tom and Lisa Blumenthal Curator of Contemporary Art, and is supported, in part, by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Barbara Lee Program Fund. Funding is also provided for site specific installations of new work on the Anne H. Fitzpatrick Façade on Evans Way. This program is additionally supported in part by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Massachusetts Cultural Council, which receives support from the State of Massachusetts and the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as by the Boston Cultural Council, a local agency which is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, administrated by the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture.
