The Colleges of the Fenway Training and Development Committee is proud to offer programs to meet your professional development needs. We hope that you will find the workshops timely and helpful!
Examples of past training and development sessions have included Managing Time and Stress, Managing Up, Understanding Change in Higher Education, Retirement Planning, Effective Communication and Public Speaking. Some programs are implemented in conjunction with the Colleges of the Fenway EAP provider, All One Health, while others are one-off offerings through internal or external facilitators.

Registration is required for all sessions. Completion of any 4 sessions during the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters, including watching the recorded sessions, will earn you a certificate for your personnel files.
