MASCO Services Call Center Job Opportunities
The MASCO Services Call Center. located on Longwood Ave. has been providing quality call center and operator services to area Medical and Academic Institutions for over 40 years.
There are several part- time and full-time Call Center Customer Service positions available for the summer with options to remain part-time or on-call as needed after September.
Call Center Representatives provide a wide range of telephone answering services for Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Medical Practices and Colleges.
Responsibilities include:
· Answer incoming calls and directing callers appropriately and provide account specific information to callers as required.
- Take accurate messages, page and dispatch messages per the customers instructions
- Process medical and non medical emergencies in a poised and accurate manner.
Requirements:
· High School Degree / GED ; two years of customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 40wpm
- Ability to multi-task, be dependable, people oriented, punctual with a real passion for helping others and customer service.
- Bi -Lingual in Spanish and the Asian Dialects a plus.
