League play will begin on Monday, October 1st. All matches will take place at the Holmes Sports Complex on the Simmons Campus.

I. LEAGUE INFORMATION

There are men's and women's leagues available. All matches to be played at the Holmes Sports Center at Simmons College.

II. FORMAT

Each player will be placed in a league with three other players. Each week, you will play one of the other players in your group. All schedules will be posted on Sunday and each player has until the following Sunday to play their match. It is the players' responsibility to schedule matches with their opponents. All contact info will be provided on the league page. Once a match is complete, the players must send an e-mail to Brad Tittrington and the leagues will then be updated.

After the regular season, all players who have not forfeited will advance to a single elimination tournament. Players will be seeded based on their overall record.

III. RULES AND REGULATIONS

USA Racquetball Rules will govern racquetball matches except where modified by the Intramural Rules.

A. All players can furnish their own equipment. Balls and racquets will be available for check out from the lobby of the Holmes Sports Center at Simmons College.

B. Each match will consist of the best two out of three games with each game consisting of 15 points. A game winner needs to win by two (2) points (ex.16-14). In the event that the participants are unable to complete a match under this format or desire to alter the format, they may do so provided that both participants agreed on the alternate match format within the confines of the sport.

C. If any disagreement occurs, it shall be mutually agreed to replay the point or situation involved.

III. GENERAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

A. Eligibility

You must be a student, faculty or staff member at one of the Colleges of the Fenway.

B. Forfeits

If a player does not show up for a match, he/she will be given a forfeit.

C. Equipment

Players are recommended to furnish their own racquets and balls. However, a limited number of racquets and balls will be available for check out from the lobby of the Holmes Sports Complex.
