Turkey Trot

An Almost 5k Fun Run/Walk

10:00 am

Run/Walk will begin at 10:00 AM at Roberto Clemente Field  Gathering/assembly time for runners/walkers is 9:45am at the field

Registration Fee:  5 canned goods per person over 16, three canned goods for participants under 16.

Registration Deadline: You may register the day of race, but only those who register by November 1st will receive t-shirts

Registration Forms can be dropped off at the Beatty Hall Fitness Center at Wentworth or you can copy and paste the form into a word document and e-mail the form to Brad Tittrington.

Course Etiquette:  For competitive individual runners, because you are running at a higher rate of speed, should you be approaching pedestrians, who may not allow enough room, firmly shout or indicate your intent to proceed around them.  For tight turns or in passing another runner, firmly shout, “to your right”, or “to your left” to avoid a collision.  Safety is our greatest concern.

Runners or walkers with baby strollers are allowed, however, neither the Department of Recreation and Wellness nor the Colleges of the Fenway claims any responsibility to damage of strollers or endangerment to child.
