If you enjoy singing and want to experience the sense of community that comes with being in a chorus, consider joining one of the many choirs and vocal ensembles at the Colleges of the Fenway!
COF Chorus
This fall the COF Chorus will perform Handel's spectacular Messiah, with orchestra, as well as seasonal favorites! This mixed chorus welcomes students, faculty and staff from the COF community. No audition is required. Just bring your voice and your enthusiasm!
The COF Chorus rehearses on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30 PM in White Hall of MCPHS, at 179 Longwood Avenue. (See map location 8.)

Emmanuel College

This vocal group is an a cappella ensemble that was founded in 2003. The student group is comprised of about 15 singers, both men and women, who perform for a variety of school events. Chapel Choir
The Chapel Choir is run out of the Office of Campus Ministry at Emmanuel College. This choir sings “Praise” music for Sunday evening Mass and other school events. For further information on how to join, please contact the Office of Campus Ministry at 617-735-9777 or

Simmons College

Sirens is a 15-voice a cappella women’s singing
group open to Simmons College students by audition.
This group performs concerts, sings at various school
events, and records a CD every other year. David

Simmons Chorale
The Simmons Chorale is a women’s chorus directed by staff conductor, Sharon Brown. Open to students, staff and faculty at Simmons College, the chorale sings a wide variety of music in two concerts per academic year. Performances are held at Simmons College and often feature soloists and student composers, as well as music for the entire ensemble.
