The Colleges of the Fenway offers opportunities for students to take dance classes,
participate in co-curricular activities, and perform in musicals and theater productions.
COF Dance Project
Under the direction of Kristen Duffy Young, the COF Dance Project was started last year to offer regular performance opportunities in modern jazz and ballet. Interested students also choreograph their own works. In the 2007-2008 year, there will be two, back-to-back, 90-minute sessions of modern jazz and ballet. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to join both.
While Ms. Young is on maternity leave, Meghan McLyman will be the interim dance instructor.
The ensemble rehearses every Wednesday night from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Emmanuel Dance Studio, on the ground floor of the Administration Building, 400 The Fenway. (See map location 5.)
