WHO CAN CROSS REGISTER?

Any full-time undergraduate student at any of the six colleges can register for two
courses at other institutions.  There are some restrictions on first-year students. 
In many cases, the institution’s required courses make it impractical for first-year
students to cross register.  In others, the college wants to give the new students
the time to become a part of the community before going elsewhere.  Emmanuel
students with sophomore status may cross register.  First-year Simmons students
may cross register in their second semester. Wentworth allows all students to cross
register. Wheelock College allows first-year students to cross register for language
courses. Any exceptions to the two course policy must go through the Registrar at
the home institution.
