COF WELCOMES NEW STAFF MEMBERS

Autumn Grant

Autumn Grant (she/her/hers) is the director of Academic Programs and Professional Development. She received her BA in Humanities from Providence College, an MA in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and intends to complete her Ed.D this summer from the University of Southern Mississippi. Autumn has worked in the field of higher education for over two decades in academic operations, academic advising, accessibility services and learning support. She has held leadership positions at Stonehill College, Bridgewater State University, Northeastern University and most recently at Wheaton College. Autumn is committed to bringing an equity, access, and social justice lens to her work. 

In her free time, Autumn enjoys spending time with her family which includes three dogs, Brimley, Henson, and Millie. In addition, Ms. Grant and her partner enjoy traveling especially to foodie destinations.

Khadija Mboup

Khadija Mboup is the Assistant Director of Colleges of the Fenway’s Global Education Opportunities Center, and a graduate of Northeastern University with her Bachelors of Arts in Language, Literature, Culture, and International Affairs, and her Masters of Science in International Relations with a Diplomacy Concentration. Khadija is very invested in supporting international students and faculty as well as prospective and current study abroad students from across the campuses. She has studied abroad in her academic career and believes that global education is a life-changing experience that is a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing it. Khadija also has a strong commitment to social justice and policy work, and is currently pursuing a second Masters at Howard University in Social Work with a focus on Public Policy.

In her free time, Khadija’s interests include travel, cooking, and traditional Senegalese Dance.
